Job Description - Sundance Film Fest + Art Installation Volunteers! We are a fast paced and rapidly growing company looking for someone who possess strong communication skills, and will be enthusiastic, well organized, and capable of working on multiple initiatives at a time.

You will - Be part of teams that market, promote and handle logistics for the implementation of art installations at leading museums around the country including: Oakland Art Museum, Brooklyn Art Museum, and Sundance Film Festival - Execute the Marketing plan leading up to and on the day of the launches, under the guidance of our CMO - Create blog posts, twitter and facebook messages as per our Social Media strategy - Set up, break down, trouble shoot the installations - Technical support - Interacting with artists and vendors - Assisting the Business Development team including travel arrangements, outreach, research, meeting notes and proofreading as requested - Provide support and welcome visitors to the various special events

Time commitment: According to each project as needed; 6-8 hours a day for the entire months of December and January.

Job Requirements - Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written - A proven enthusiasm for research - Art/film background and interest - Analytical problem solving is required - Willingness to do a lot of legwork at the grassroots level when required - Must be able to "multitask" and meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work as a team player - Ability to effectively communicate wit the general public; ability to stay calm and follow directions in emergency situations;
