We have an opportunity for exceptional individual to support our finance and purchasing functions at our Warehouse site in Hayward and our Home Office in Oakland. Responsibilities:
Data Review and Entry
Review purchase orders, invoices and credit card statements and enter into QuickBooks
Export and reconcile reports from QuickBooks
Create purchase and sales orders
Filing and Administration
File paid invoices, credit card statements, and purchase & sales orders
Track and file purchasing paperwork from quote to payment
General
Support the Finance Team to create and implement efficient administrative practices
Ideal Candidates Have The Following Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent experience
Motivated self-starter and team-player
High level of professionalism and commitment to confidentiality
Ability to prioritize and adapt
Prior Purchasing experience useful but not essential
Experience with MS Word, Excel, QuickBooks and databases
Extreme attention to detail
Hours and Employment period
Flexible Schedule - 25-30 hours/week, from January-July
Flexible Schedule - 15-20 hours/week, from August-December
Pay Range
$18-20/hour
Location
Hayward (70% of time) and Oakland -Jack London Square Area (30% of time)
