We are currently looking for a Part Time Cash Services Representative

I. Position Identification

b) Customary Work Hours: 9:00AM -- 2:00PM (Mon-Thurs) 12:00 PM-5:00PM (Fridays) c) Customary Work Days: Monday - Friday d) Reports Directly to: Accounting Manager e) Classification: Part time non-exempt

II. Position Summary

The Cash Services Representative will be responsible for the daily preparation of all cash deposits for transfer, maintenance of the vault and auditing of banks and wine inventory for the Hospitality and Tasting Room businesses. These functions demand a high level of accuracy.

III. Essential Functions

1. Processing collection and audit of cash envelopes.

2. Prepare all deposits.

3. Reconcile deposits to audit cash sheets.

4. Monitor and resolve over/short issues with cashiers.

5. Prepare daily and monthly over/short reports.

6. Maintain an accurate daily vault count.

7. Maintain the change fund for banks.

8. Issue and audit employee house banks.

9. Order all cashier supplies.

10. Weekly reconciliation of wine transfers and monthly inventory count and reconciliation.

11. Maintain employees gross sales and tips for bi-weekly payroll reporting.

12. Answering phones and other administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

IV. Physical Demands/Qualifications a. Requires the ability to sit for potentially long periods of time throughout the workday. b. Manual dexterity and vision sufficient to operate a computer for potentially long periods of time without experiencing abnormal hand, wrist or eyestrain. c. Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone. d. Must have coordination sufficient to operate various office machines, including by not limited to fax machines, calculators, telephones, computers etc.

V. Non-Physical Demands/Qualifications a. 1 year bank teller or related experience b. Customer service experience desired c. Ability to operate under deadlines and sometimes a high degree of pressure. d. High school graduate or general education degree (GED); e. Strong organizational skills required.

VI. Environmental Conditions The environment within the office is clean, well lit and free from extremes of temperature and humidity.
